We can fool ourselves so easily
We read a book, we watch an expert, we watch an instruction video and we become convinced that we can do it well. Wrong! The second part to learning is doing. The third part is practicing. The fourth part is perfecting. At least that is a generalization that probably applies to most things.
Proverbs 18:2 ESV /

A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.
You can, Teach if you have the correct attitude and are willing to keep learning.
Can an athlete be an expert, right from birth?
Aside from general learning and growing from child to adult there are many steps (as mentioned above) and a complex mental development as well. So even someone with great potential has a learning curve that is not fully functional until they put all that they are into practice.
2 Timothy 4:7 ESV /

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
It is that way with Christians as well
James 2:14-17 ESV
What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

We Christians know we cannot lose our salvation or earn it, it is a gift from GOD by the sacrifice of Jesus’s death, burial and resurrection. That does not mean we should not actively serve others; that does not mean we should let our daily learning from GOD’s Word bind us in non action. Christians can spend their entire life reading and studying GOD’s Word and perhaps complaining that they are not being fed enough Bible truth. Before Martin Luther, O.S.A.* encouraged all Christians to read the Bible and decide for themselves what it meant. Before then people relied on the educated clergy to feed them this knowledge from scripture, written in Latin (Hebrew and Greek) languages few could read or write. Martin Luther believed anyone could find what GOD wanted a believer to know.

“But I, cannot possibly lead or teach anyone,” right?
Titus 2:7-8 ESV
Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us

You do not need to know every answer to every question before you lead others to Christ, teach new believers or serve those in need. The Apostles were for the most part not educated and had few resources at their disposal. They did have the teachings of Jesus and the Holy Spirit to guide them just like you.
2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
